Ghost Fruit (Horo Horo): what its four skills do and how to level it.
Band Mythic. Four skills, three of them bought with in-run coins. 537 accounts held it at the 25 October read — triple the count six days earlier.
The Ghost Fruit is Perona’s Horo Horo fruit, and it plays as a summoner: one line attack that leaves Spectres behind, three ways to spend those Spectres, and a level gate that asks you to keep using the first skill. Everything below was read off the in-game fruit panel and the in-game achievement that pays it out on 17 October 2026 — the first day of the Halloween Event. What the game still does not publish is how likely the fruit is to drop and what it costs if it ever appears in the daily shop.
How you get it, and how many accounts have
The Halloween Event opened on 17 October and its window runs to 14 November 2026. Its own card says only “New fruit, class, artifact, gamemode !”, so the fruit is the one part of that list the badge ledger can confirm by name and number. Two reads a day apart:
The same period moved the second Halloween badge — Discover Perona Secret passive — from 8 to 18 accounts and then to 100 by 25 October, and left the third, Collect every Secret Artifact (No Events), on zero. Perona is the character the fruit belongs to, which is the most likely reason those two badges move together, but no official surface says one unlocks the other.
Claiming the fruit also pays out inside the game: the achievement Unlock Horo Horo Fruit ! reads “Unlock Perona’s Horo Horo fruit, the ghost fruit” and carried a 400 Diamond reward on the panel where it was collected. That is a one-off, not a farm — the achievement is per account. For scale, Kitsune’s limited badge went zero → 104 on its opening day and 4,856 by 14 October, so 180 on the Ghost Fruit’s first full day was early rather than slow — and 537 six days later says the event is still handing it out.
The four skills, and what each one costs in a run
Skill prices are paid with the coins you pick up during a run, the same currency that buys health and rerolls inside the arena. Only NEGATIVE comes with the fruit, so the first 1,000 coins of a Ghost run are effectively a decision about when to stop being a one-button fruit.
Panel text paraphrased from a single recording, with the numbers exactly as displayed. Two of the four descriptions were partly covered by the recording’s own overlays; the parts that could not be read are left out rather than guessed.
How to level it without turning it into a grind
Fruit levels are not bought — every fruit in this game gates its next level behind demonstrated use, and the Ghost Fruit is no exception. What the panel asks for is specific enough to plan around:
Kill 50 zombies with it
Deal 12K damage with its moves
Kill 1.1K zombies with GHOST RAP
Kill 9K zombies with it
The Level 2 bars are the opposite problem: they are large, and two of the three are narrow. 460K damage with NEGATIVE measures one skill; 1.1K kills with GHOST RAP measures another; the 9K total counts everything, so it fills while the other two do. A 120-wave arcade run moved them to 157K, 580 and 994 — the second bar is the one that will take the longest, because Ghost Rap spends Spectres that NEGATIVE has to make first.
The Spectre loop, in one paragraph
Kill something while it is kneeling from NEGATIVE and it leaves a Spectre. Ghost Rap spends up to five Spectres on a stun; Possession spends them to convert zombies into 20-second allies; Tokubetsu eats them to grow. Those three uses compete for one resource, and that is the real decision in the kit — a stun now, a body on your side for twenty seconds, or a bigger summon for the boss. In the recorded run the creator opened with NEGATIVE down a lane, bought Ghost Rap at 1,000, took Possession at 6,000 when the waves started splitting, and only bought Tokubetsu at 22.0K after the Wave 20 boss. Own the lane first, then the summon.

The first thirty seconds are the whole reference: the in-game achievement pays 400 Diamonds, then the fruit panel shows band, skills, costs and the Level 1 gates. The run that follows is a normal arcade attempt with the fruit, and the last twenty seconds are the panel again at Level 1 with the Level 2 gates filled partway.

What it does not prove: one account, one run, one day. The panel numbers are the developer’s own UI and should hold; the damage figures below are one sample and depend on the artifacts that run happened to roll.
What that run measured
Single-run readings, not averages. A 120-wave run is also the shallow end for this game — see where each wave wall sits — so treat the damage figures as a floor for an unlevelled fruit, not as the fruit’s ceiling.
What is still unknown
- Drop odds. The creator’s title says 0.2%; no panel in the recording shows a probability, and the developer publishes none. The official badge count is the only number that can be checked.
- Price. The recording’s daily shop listed GHOST as
OWNED, so no Diamond price was visible. The developer-products endpoint that would list shop items still returns an empty error body, so this cannot be confirmed from outside the game. - Levels 2 and 3. Both were locked for the whole recording. What the second and third passives do — and whether Level 3 asks for a wave clear the way Phoenix does — is not published anywhere this site can read.
- Whether it stays. The badge says Limited and the event window ends on 14 November. Whether the fruit, its levels and its Spectres are kept afterwards is not stated by any official surface.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get the Ghost Fruit?
It is the Halloween Event fruit, and the event window runs from 17 October to 14 November 2026. The official badge “Unlock Ghost Fruit (Limited)” is the only payout counter the developer publishes, and it read 180 accounts at the 18 October read and 537 at the 25 October read, with a rolling past-day count of 49 — the fruit is being handed out across the event, not parked. The recording this page is built on does not show the moment the fruit was acquired, so the acquisition route itself (drop, roll, or event reward) is still unconfirmed. No odds are published; the creator’s own video title calls it a 0.2% drop, and no panel in that recording shows that number, so treat it as his claim rather than a published rate.
What band is the Ghost Fruit in?
Mythic, as labelled on the fruit panel itself. The same daily shop showed Quake, Gravity, Dragon and Kitsune carrying the same Mythic label, so “limited” describes availability, not a separate rarity band — which is why this site files Kitsune and Ghost Fruit under the limited event band while the game’s own panel calls both Mythic.
What are the Ghost Fruit’s skills and what do they cost?
Four, and only the first is free. NEGATIVE comes with the fruit; GHOST RAP costs 1,000 in-run coins, POSSESSION 6,000 and TOKUBETSU 22.0K. Those are in-run coin prices, not Diamonds or Robux — the same shape as Dragon’s Tail Sweep at 14.0K. The skill table below quotes what each panel entry says it does.
How do I level the Ghost Fruit up?
By using it, not by paying. Level 1 asks for 3K damage with NEGATIVE, 50 kills and 12K damage with its moves; Level 2 raises that to 460K NEGATIVE damage, 1.1K kills with GHOST RAP and 9K total kills with the fruit. One 120-wave arcade run carried the panel from Level 0 to Level 1 and left the Level 2 bars at 157K / 460K, 580 / 1.1K and 994 / 9K — so the second level is a multi-run project, not a single evening.
What does the Level 1 bonus actually do?
It reads Every 8 seconds, a Spectre is torn out of a nearby zombie. That matters more than it sounds, because the whole kit feeds on Spectres: Ghost Rap latches them onto enemies, Possession turns zombies into allies with them, and Tokubetsu eats them to grow. Level 1 turns the fruit from “you must kill kneeling enemies to make Spectres” into “Spectres keep arriving on their own”.
Can I buy the Ghost Fruit with Diamonds or Robux?
Not observed, and not answerable from the official surfaces. The developer-products endpoint that would list shop items returns an empty error body, so no price can be confirmed for the fruit, and the recording that shows the fruit panel already owned it — its daily shop listed GHOST as OWNED rather than with a price. What is confirmed is the payout side: the in-game achievement “Unlock Horo Horo Fruit !” paid 400 Diamonds when it was claimed on 17 October 2026.
Is the Ghost Fruit better than Kitsune?
Nothing published ranks them, so the honest answer is that the two do different jobs and the population data is not comparable yet. Kitsune’s limited badge went from zero to 104 on its 17 September opening day and reached 4,856 by 14 October; the Ghost badge ran 80 → 180 on its first two days and 537 by 25 October, six days in, so it is still early but no longer a curiosity. Ghost is the only fruit on this site with a documented Spectre economy — summon minions, convert them into allies, then eat them for a bigger summon — and Kitsune has no published equivalent.
