Fruit Zombie Survival artifacts: sets, slots and what is still unknown.
Six rarity sets. Two accounts have finished the Legendary one. Nobody has written down what most of them do.
Artifacts were added in early September 2026, which makes them the newest system in the game and the least documented. Most pages fill that gap with invented stat ranges. This one lists the structure that is verifiable, the one effect someone actually reported by a creator, and the specific things that are still unknown.
What is confirmed
- A free roll exists. Claim it immediately — it costs nothing and the buff persists once equipped.
- Artifacts are equipped from the profile menu, and extra slots unlock with currency.
- Equipped artifacts grant passive buffs, and the game prints the numbers. A Frost Orb (Uncommon) reads in-game: “Deals 3 damage on contact and chills the zombie, slowing it by 35% for 3 seconds.” That is a screenshot-level reading of an item description in a September 2026 walkthrough, not a creator’s summary — and it is one artifact, not a rarity-wide table.
- There are 63 artifacts in total. A gameplay HUD reads
ARTIFACTS 0/63, which is the first hard number anyone has for the size of the layer. Six rarity sets exist within it, each with an official completion badge — the counts are below.
Set completion, from the game’s own badges
Official badge award counts, checked 14 Sep 2026. Compare these with the collection figures elsewhere: 277 accounts hold all twenty fruits, so artifact completion is rarer still — this is a system almost nobody has finished.
Cost of going deeper
The Diamond column is read from the profile screen, so it is what the game asks for. The Robux column is community-reported and lower than the Diamond equivalent — the same pattern as class prices, where the two columns disagree.
Context for slot 3: 35,000◆ is roughly 25 full quest cycles at about 1,375◆ each. It buys a modifier, not a role — and the completion counts below suggest almost nobody has gone this deep.
Where to place it in your spending order
- Claim the free roll. Free, permanent, no decision required.
- Get a choke and a control skill first. A slot costs more than most classes, and no buff compensates for a lane that does not hold.
- Then slot 2. At 189 R$ it is the cheapest real power increase in the layer, and it applies to every future run.
- Slots 3 and 4 only after Wave 50 is routine. Below that, the same money buys a class that changes your whole run instead of a modifier.
Drop rates: published, and worth reading
The crate screen shows a probability panel instead of hiding the odds. In a September 2026 walkthrough the rare orbs — Fire Orb, Wind Orb, Poison Orb, Frost Orb — each read 4.18%. That is a small slice per rare, and it is the real reason the artifact sets have two or three holders: you are not unlucky, the panel is honest and the odds are simply long.
What is still unknown
- Rarity-wide stat ranges. What a Legendary drop does compared with a Common one is not documented — we have a description for one artifact and nothing comparable.
- Stat ranges per rarity. The single observed buff is one artifact, not a rarity-wide table.
- Set bonuses. Whether completing a set grants anything beyond the badge is not documented.
- Stacking rules. Whether identical effects stack, and how, is unverified.
Frequently asked questions
What are artifacts in Fruit Zombie Survival?
A separate progression layer added in early September 2026. You roll artifacts, equip them, and they grant passive buffs during runs. They are not classes and not fruits — a third system sitting alongside both.
How do I get artifacts?
The game gives you a free artifact roll — claim it before anything else, because it costs nothing and the buff is permanent once equipped. Further rolls and slots are the part that costs currency.
What do artifacts actually do?
One buff has been described by a creator as roughly 3 damage on contact plus a chill that slows zombies about 35% for 3 seconds. That figure is reported, not verified — we could not confirm it from a screen capture, so treat it as a lead. Damage ranges per rarity, drop rates and set bonuses are not published at all.
How many artifact sets are there?
Six rarity sets: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythic. Each has an official completion badge, and the counts are extremely low — Legendary has 2 accounts, Mythic has 3.
How much do artifact slots cost?
Slots 2, 3 and 4 are community-reported at 189 / 429 / 899 R$, with the first slot apparently free. Reported prices, not official ones — see the shop page.
Are artifacts worth investing in?
Not before the basics. A slot costs more than most classes, and the buffs are small compared with a choke that holds or a control skill that works. Invest once classes and positioning survive Wave 25 — the completion counts suggest almost nobody has gone deep here yet.
Why is there no artifact tier list?
Because ranking requires knowing what each artifact does, and the game does not publish that. A tier list built on two data points would be a guess dressed as research. What is known is the set structure, the slot costs and the one observed buff.
